For some people, the term natural or generated from the nature will surely interest them nowadays as more people believe that something more natural provide better and safer results. As a matter of fact, some studies have reported that natural medicine or herbal can be as powerful as manufactured medicine but it provides less or no side effects. Since natural medicine or herbal provide less side effects, it become the choice of more people recently.

Natural diuretics refer to foods or herbs that can function as diuretics. Those food or herbs can help the body to remove excess fluid or water from the body and it means that salt in the blood is also removed.
