Tahap kedua adalah alopesia total, ketika rambut mulai mengalami kerontokan dimulai dari kulit kepala. Dan tahap terakhir adalah alopesia universal, yaitu saat seseorang kehilangan semua rambut dari seluruh tubuhnya. Mmmmhhh..ngeri ya..

Trus, apa sajakah hal yang bisa mencegah kerontokan rambut ini? Berikut ini beberapa hal yang bisa kita lakukan untuk mencegah atau setidaknya mengurangi kemungkinan kita terserang kerontokan rambut ini :
1. Perhatikan apa yang dimakan.
Vitamin A, B, C dan E sangat penting untuk pertumbuhan rambut baru. Oleh karena itu rajinlah mengonsumsi makanan yang kaya akan empat vitamin tersebut. Perbanyaklah makan buah dan sayur karena vitamin banyak terdapat pada buah dan sayuran.

2. Berhenti merokok.
Kandungan yang terdapat dalam rokok sangat jahat bagi tubuh kita dan dapat mengurangi peredaran aliran darah ke kulit kepala yang menyebabkan kerontokan rambut. Ini adalah tantangan besar bagi para perokok. Namun bila ingin kembali memiliki rambut sehat dan kuat, segera tentukan pilihan.

Pemerintah sendiri sampai nitip pesan di setiap bungkus rokok "Merokok Dapat Menyebabkan Kanker, serangan jantung, Impotensi dan gangguan kehamilan dan janin", loh kok ngga ada menyebabkan kerontokan ya?? Hihihih...

3. Hindari kontak langsung dengan sinar matahari.
Penelitian membuktikan bahwa sinar UV dapat merusak kulit kepala dan mencegah tumbuhnya rambut yang sehat.

Mmmhh..musti pake topi kalo lagi keluar ruangan...

4. Pijatlah kulit kepala secara teratur.
Gunakan minyak zaitun dan jojoba. Ketiga jenis minyak ini dapat membantu pertumbuhan rambut baru.

Gampangkan, kalo males ya tinggal ke salon aja...

5. Shampoo berbahan alami.
Jangan pernah menggunakan shampoo yang mengandung bahan kimia, atau meluruskan rambut maupun mengeringkan rambut dengan pengering rambut. Produk pewarna rambut yang mengandung bahan kimia juga harus dihindari. Jangan mencuci rambut dengan air panas, karena dapat menyebabkan rambut menjadi rapuh.

Mmhhhh..musti ngecek shampoo yang dipakai tuh...air panas? Ya iyalah...
